Collaborative Search

The Premise
People are searching for the same things at the same time; locally or globally.
Some people are better at finding more accurate results than others in the process.
Sharing the best / most valid search results cuts down search time, giving more
personally / group valid results. This is a huge benefit. Collective search with
collaborative results that are individually beneficial.

The Questions
Is this true?
Could this be true?
If – “yes” – how do we build this functionality in to search as a layer that sits on top
of the major search vendors?

The Objectives
1.) Reduce search time [save time]
2.) Increase validity of results [save money / better information]
3.) Enhance categorisation of information / relevancy model[s]

The Challenges
1.) Prove this concept
2.) Provide a roadmap to bring this to life
3.) Share this concept
